I have been teaching for over 20 years and most of those have been teaching technology or STEM. I spent 3 years teaching STEAM, Makerspace, ICT, and technology integration at international schools in Germany and England. I love travelling! I have lived in 5 different countries and have visited more than 40 countries. I have been teaching STEM at Laurel Park Elementary since coming back to NC in 2018. I am in the NCDPI Coaching Cohort program and have taught with them at NCBOLD. I have a passion for physical computing, video production including green screening, engineering design challenges, and augmented reality. My favorite thing about teaching is to see students and teachers come and tell me how they used what they learned in my class at home or in their classroom.
