Creating personalized PD can be incredibly difficult because sometimes our audience doesn't know what they want to learn. In this session, we will explore how to help teachers practice inquiry skills and connect with colleagues or outside sources (PLNs) so that they can have more ownership over their professional development. In addition to learning how to guide teachers through the inquiry process, participants will also see how they can model this process for teachers to adapt and use in their own classrooms. Technology resources included in this session will focus on using social media accounts effectively and adopting AI tools that can help support thinking and learning (these are safe for both teacher and student use).
