About me

Bill Prentice is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He moved to Raleigh after graduating with a double major in Elementary Education and Theatrical Scenic Design from The University of Wyoming. Upon starting his teaching career in a STEM school, he quickly realized how he could blend his passion for education and design into a highly engaging and effective teaching practice. He is one of the founding faculty members of Envision Science Academy, an NCDPI Model STEM School of Distinction.
