Kathryn Bailey has 24 years of experience as an educator in North Carolina, beginning her career as a French teacher in Henderson and Transylvania counties. She currently serves as the Coordinator for Digital Teaching and Learning for Transylvania County Schools and as the EdTech Coach for Brevard High School. In these roles, she leads a dedicated team of EdTech Coaches, driving initiatives that support innovative educational technology integration, educator professional development, and district-wide collaboration to enhance student engagement and achievement. With two decades of classroom experience, she is passionate about meeting learners where they are to foster growth and success, as they implement technology to enrich their teaching practices and improve student learning. Her background reflects a commitment to student-centered learning, paired with expertise in edtech, accessibility, and collaborative leadership to meet the evolving needs of K-12 education.
