Join us for an engaging, hands-on session that blends STEM and literacy! You’ll dive into activities such as building a strong structure, designing a Mars Rover, “Saving Gus,” and exploring real NASA data. Our goal is to showcase how the Engineering Design Process connects to literacy (both fiction and non-fiction), science content, technology integration, and inquiry skills. With activities that range from low-tech to high-tech (and even no-tech), this session will demonstrate the versatility and accessibility of STEM for all classrooms.
