This professional development (PD) program will empower teacher leaders to integrate generative AI tools effectively into their classrooms, enhancing both their digital competence and student learning. Through a combination of hands-on activities, peer collaboration, and reflective practice, teachers will simultaneously explore the use of Brisk Teaching, Curipod, Diffit, QuestionWell, and Magic School to build lesson plans, activities, and assessments. These tools will be employed to personalize instruction, increase student engagement, and differentiate learning. The program is grounded in the Concern-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), helping educators overcome barriers to technology adoption.adoption.
